This episode continues our series on using EFT Tapping for specific emotional states. Sadness is a healthy emotion that is experienced after we have lost something meaningful but it can have many faces, varying from acute grief to chronic sorrow. It can be experienced in emotional, physical and energetic ways all of which can be supported for healthy release and expression with EFT. Today we discuss various aspects and ways to work with the intense feelings of sadness that show up in our lives, our clients’ lives and we also make some important distinctions for working with sadness vs working with Depression.
